How is my payment being processed?

We use Stripe to process your payment. It’s the same payment provider used by products such as Twitter, Notion, and Lyft. We do not handle your credit card information directly.
How secure is Dashworks?

Protecting the data you trust to Dashworks is our first priority. Dashworks uses physical, procedural, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your information. We regularly back up your data to prevent data loss and aid in recovery. Additionally, we host data in secure SSAE 16 / SOC2 certified data centers, implement firewalls and access restrictions on our servers to better protect your information, and work with third party security researchers to ensure our practices are secure. What happens if my payment fails? Like if my credit card expires?

If your payment fails, our payment processor may retry the payment multiple times. If the payment continues to fail, we will contact you at the email you provided. If we’re unable to reach you via email, your Dashworks account will be closed.
We want to add new users to our team. How will that be billed?

We’ll make a prorated charge to your credit card to cover your new team member’s account for the remainder of the current billing period. As an example, suppose your team is on the Business plan, which costs $12.49 USD per active user per month when billed monthly. You add a new team member 10 days into your billing period and there are 20 remaining days in the month. The per-day cost for each user is $12.49 USD / 30, so we will make a one-time charge of $8.33 USD ($12.49 USD / 30 days * 20 days) to your team’s credit card on file.
What are the payment options? Can I pay by credit card? Can you invoice me?

You can use your credit card to pay for any plan. If you sign up for an annual subscription, you may be eligible to be invoiced annually. You can view your selected plan and payment method in the billing page within Dashworks.
My team wants to cancel its subscription. How do we do that? Can we get a refund?

Your Dashworks subscription, annual or monthly, will automatically renew until you cancel it. You can cancel your subscription from the billing page within Dashworks. Your plan will be canceled at the end of the current billing cycle and you will still have access to your Dashworks workspace until the end of the billing cycle. If you believe you've made a mistake signing up for a paid subscription, please contact us inside the app or email **support@dashworks.ai**. We will reply promptly and will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
What happens when I upgrade my plan?

Upgrading your plan works similarly to adding and removing members. Your account will be charged or credited based on the percentage of the billing cycle left at the time the plan was changed.
How can I downgrade my plan?

If you must downgrade to a lower plan, please contact us inside the app or email support@dashworks.ai. We will reply promptly to help you ensure a seamless process for your team.
